For dinner, I made marinara sauce from Veganomicon to go along with spaghetti and another delicious salad, plus some orange juice. :)
In other news, Elli is transitioning to her new kibble: Evolution Diet. I had absolutely no hesitation about whether or not she'd be picky about it because her tastes have honestly evolved so, so much from that first week she was home. She'll eat just about anything now... except raw potatoes and raw celery. She spits those out and looks at me like I've robbed her of something. Interestingly enough, though, Evolution's ingredient list on the bag is very different than that on their website: instead of whole grain oatmeal as their first ingredient, whole grain ground wheat is their first ingredient, followed by corn gluten meal. Now, the reason I'm switching her to Evolution is because it has a 28% protein content, versus her current Natural Balance protein content of 18%. But I wholly expected the first ingredient to be oatmeal. Having wheat and corn as the first two ingredients is very disturbing to me... especially because Evolution's competitor, V-Dog, has nearly the exact same ingredient list: Wheat, whole corn... etc. V-Dog doesn't have its guaranteed analysis on its website, so I'll have to find that elsewhere (see below), but if Evolution and V-Dog are nearly (if not exactly) the same and Elli doesn't show any obvious signs of allergies due to the wheat and corn content, then I may have to switch her (again, sorry, Elli) to V-Dog as it can be bought at Food Fight! Grocery. I'd save so much on shipping costs that way, and Elli may get the exact same nutrition as she would if I would pay $10 to get it shipped here. V-Dog also has free shipping, if that were ever necessary for me. It's looking more and more like the better choice. It's just that guaranteed analysis that I need to get me on the V-Dog train.
UPDATE: If you're looking for V-Dog's guaranteed analysis, here it is, straight from the bag:

Great eats!
That's awful that Evolution has different ingredients than from what their website states. Very strange! Hopefully they can give you some answers. With V-Dog, you can always add some protein to it. I've done that with before and found red lentils are the best because they cook fast, mush up nice (I always blend them to make them easily digestible) and the girls love them.
Thanks for the socks information! I'm going to try the ones from the link you provided (that's a bargain!). The ones I ordered were larges and were supposed to fit dogs up to 45 pounds, but they're more for dogs up to 25 pounds, I'd say. That place I ordered them from has horrible service!
That's frustrating that the ingredient lists don't match! Hopefully, it will work out well for Elli, who is absolutely adorable by the way. I am kind of worried about the wheat and corn in V-dog when we make the switch too, but we'll see soon enough. Plus, Molly over at Vegan Flower said that V-dog is supposedly coming out with an alternative formula soon (unfortunately, I don't know the specifics yet...hopefully, organic, gluten, wheat, corn and soy free). Maybe we should put our heads together and use our puppies as testers and create our ideal dog food ourselves :). Good luck!
